Getting ready to put a house on the market, I was resigned to the regular experience of working with a realtor who gets only some of the work done well or doesn’t really seem to be working in my interest. And, as a trustee, I was trying to sell a house in trust in another state that was far away. Then I hired Les to sell the house in Danville. In preparing the house, he hired a great painter and a stager who did only what needed to be done to get the best effect. The rest of the sale went as smoothly, including an excellent final selling price. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and he answered all questions and concerns thoughtfully. Les, and his team member Marissa, could have taken some short-cuts along the way, but they always acted in my interest instead. He is easily the best realtor I have had in my lifetime experience of buying and selling residences.
